First Congregational Church - Gardner, Mass.

The First Congregational Church in the central Massachusetts town of Gardner was built in 1878. This distinctive brick Victorian gothic church and clock tower, in style very much a symbol of its era, replaced what would have been a much more simple-looking, traditional original meeting house, built in 1787.
